All Chronic Illness sufferers cycle through the seven stages of grief:
- Shock
- Denial
- Anger
- Bargaining
- Guilt
- Depression
- Acceptance
"There's no burial service, no opportunity to say a proper farewell, and no one but you can truly appreciate your loss".
I realise this is part of what I am internally processing today, as well as some other stuff. It's a painful yet positive process. It's not easy trying to express the inexpressible sometimes.
