I don't walk enough using "Brian," and I know it. Hence, the excess weight I've put on recently.
Thanks to eBay, I inexpensively bought one of these manual treadmill things (Sept 2023).
For whatever fun random reason, I've decided to call it "Oscar"... and why not I say.
Now, I just have to get used to using it a few times a day, as it's handy and stores away easily. I WILL USE IT [laffs]. Just increase the distance a bit each few days, etc.
In conjunction with the Foot Pedal Exerciser (which I also admit I do not use enough!), this should help me in a lot of health-wise things.

Wobble Board
Something that was suggested to me was one of these vibrating / oscillating machines; it helps (for me) to simulate walking when my MS legs aren't really cooperating enough with "Oscar" (the treadmill). I bought it inexpensively via eBay and they delivered it to my door.
Hopefully, it might also help my balance issues a bit.
I use it for 10 minutes at a time, maybe a few times a day, while listening to good music with my ancient still-working MP3 player and good-quality lightweight headphones. Niiiice.
Mine (cf. pic below) has a little remote control, so I don't have to bend over to turn it on, set the speeds, etc. Yay!
I've called it my "Wobble Board".
Ahh... the joys of my MS legs!
