MS - Looking After No.1 - It's OK to say "No"!

IT'S OK TO SAY "NO"
WITHOUT FEELING GUILTY ABOUT IT!

I was always a "Yes" person... I always wanted to help people somehow (even if I wasn't sure how) and was kind of 'programmed' to feel guilty if I ever said no to someone's request of me. BUT... MS (and life) taught me:

► IT IS OK TO SAY NO WITHOUT FEELING GUILTY ABOUT IT!
