Like my unfortunate ex-wife, for instance. I still don't feel she considers that towards the end of our marriage I had a severe mental illness... that's a tough call. It must have been hell trying to live with me when I was like that... not that I was doing it deliberately, I assure you! Anyways... ancient history.
I overslept this morning... didn't end up making it to Meals on Wheels this morning! They were fine and encouraging when I rang them too. They're good like that. Thankfully.
I even had a fiddle with "The Thing", so I must be slowly coming back on-line emotionally. Just playing a quick improvised dittie using multi-tracked guitars, nothing worthy of sharing... just still experimenting with it all and getting the feel and hang of how it all works.
I'm listening to Van Morrison's beautiful "Astral Weeks" 1968 album as well - that's gotta help! I love the upright acoustic double bass used throughout.
More gorgeous rainfall overnight and this morning as well... the heavens continue to open with much waterfalling. I wonder how much is falling out at Carcoar Dam? We all agree there needs to be a minor flood for the water levels to drastically improve... pooh.
I'm really glad my little plants are still going strong, after "potting-on" with one of them the other week. The aloe-vera-type plant that I assumed would die after it outgrew and fell-off the kitchen windowsill about two weeks' ago, is thriving! Go figure! It's all good.

Since I've never suffered from depression, I don't know how it feels - however, being around loved ones with it I completely understand how frustrating life can be when you are in that mood.
