Glorious Birdsong Call

I love this little bird's song outside my back door here at home, tho at first I had no idea what kind of bird it was. After recording it (below), and asking on a local Facebook group today, I found out it she a 'Common Black Bird'. Tis the small things that make me smile... finding positives in my day 🙂

My two birds (so to speak) are clearly a nesting pair. I watched the male collecting long grass in its beak to make a nest! Oooh... exciting.

Oh, of course, after finding out what breed it was, a certain song popped into my head (I wonder why? lol)
