If / when I am able to mow/edge really depends on how my MS is going for me on any particular day, to be honest.
💥 Sometimes, my neighbours mow my grass for me, without being asked to - for which I am so thankful! 💥
💚 Sometimes, my Landlord mows it as well, as his mother-in-law lives across the road; so when he mows their grass, he does mine afterwards (if it already hasn't been done so). He is an Ambulance Paramedic and says he loves to mow because it's completely different to what he normally does, and he finds it physically relaxing. He's a top bloke and a great Landlord. 💚
Other times, I just take my time and do a bit of mowing/edging myself a bit at a time over a few days. That way I don't overdo it to myself... sheesh. (Don't tell my Neurologist [ie. MS Specialist] I do this... he'd have a fit! lol)
As a classic Aussie 'Townie' (ie. I live in town and not on a property), I have an electric mower, electric trimmer, and electric blower. It's purely by pure chance that they are all the same brand - they've never let me down.
I've gotta wear my special acoustic earplugs to stop the sound from driving me nuts [grins].
