I spent a luxurious 45 minutes sitting in our glorious mid-Spring sunshine this morning, recharging myself... a feeling of total decadence!
But it is a good soul-reviving technique for me, to help swat away any possible impending "Blues" slowly creeping up on me. So, there is method to my madness.
