  • Be prepared to tell your doctor about symptoms you may be experiencing.

  • Cognitive difficulties.
  • Daily living challenges.
  • Embarrassing matters.

    People, and especially people with a chronic disease have to be knowledgeable about and in charge of their own health and healthcare. That includes providing accurate information to your healthcare team. Yes.....even the embarrassing information.
