It's begins - again
I was sitting in my front lounge room last night, watching the first day of the fifth Ashes cricket test, doodling away happily on my old battered guitar... and along comes a song out of nowhere, practically complete! I still can't believe that these little ditties are pouring out still. I'm happy, tho.
Plus another quick 'album-track' linking piece has been recorded as well... yes, the very first bit of the next album has been 'laid to tape' [as such]... all so exciting :)

Now THAT is awesome, keep 'em comin' on!
ReplyDeleteso proud of you!!
ReplyDeleteI am so happy for you! This is the flip side of the OBD, well I believe so anyway. Keep up the great work.
ReplyDeleteI got in the car with the kids yesterday, forgot I had you in the CD player (hope you weren't to squashed) and next thing we hear "Helloooo" kids cracked up. They even let me listen the following tracks when normally I am not allowed to play my music when they're in the car.
Thanks. just little ditties that i seem to churn out happily lately. No magical masterpieces, just doing it for fun.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what the 'flip-side' of OBS would be... perhaps getting a full-nights' sleep without having to go the the loo? lol
Man! Im happy for you really I am! BUT please tell me you WERE NOT inspired by the cricket!!!!! It came from your soul right?????
ReplyDeleteI definitely was *not* inspired by the cricket - at all! It just happened to be on in the background, that's all! I swears! rofl rofl
ReplyDeleteWas it - "The English bastards have won the ashes..."?
ReplyDeleteYou'll soon have enough for another CD.
ReplyDeleteI won't mention the cricket!
