JJJ

I was chatting with someone last night, and they said they'd heard someone mention on national music radio station JJJ about some new music by "Lancelot's Pram"...

I'm a bit taken aback, as I'd realistically only anticipated thinking regionally, let alone nationally.

Let's hope they misheard, as I haven't shipped any CD's yet. They are sitting here ready to be purchased if you'd like. I've got two sales for tonights' "Singer-Songwriters @ the Kings" gig that I know of already, and I may be able to move a few after Sunday's gig too.

I'm wholly realistic... if I sell a total of 20 CD's overall, I'll be happy. No, that's being realistic, for a country small-town independent artist. I'm obviously not in this to become famous... but if people from somewhere wider wants me to play, of course I'll talk to them about it! lol.

If people enjoy my music, that's lovely. If they don't, that's not a problem to me. I'm just doing it for fun.

Basically, I don't have the financial capital resources to take it wider or further than regional, anyways. I'm just being realistic.

Hey, I can't even afford a new set of guitar strings this month - let's be honest! hahahaa.
