Cuppa

Altho I've been subconsciously putting-it-off for about 2 months, I mowed my little patch of grass early this arvo... 10 minutes later and it's all done for the season. Silly moi.

Julian dropped-in this morning and we had a good catch-up chat over a nice hot cuppa. We had a good discussion about how things are standing as far as the band goes, and while it's amazing that we're both like minded and in general agreement about how we want to progress musically together, we won't make any decisions about it until after this Thursday nights' band rehearsal. It's a "wait-and-see" thing at the moment. Nothing I can do about it until then, so I won't have to think about it. Huzahh!

On another tangent (my mind is full of 'em, believe me!), my left foot is really aching this morning, making it hard to get out and about and walk about the town. Hmmm... it comes and goes. Tis just being annoyingly achy today for no particular reason. Some mornings' I start feeling like a little old man... :(

So, while I'm stuck at home, apart from doing a bit of scribbled book writing, I continued the on-going mega-low-priority-level pet project of re-organizing my mp3/wav music on my other hard drive (which I'm using as a glorified iPod etc). There's 20GB worth and over 5,000 individual songs on there at the moment... D'Oh!

  2. at least your not the only one having those feelings about the band. whether you 2 do it by yourselves or with others i think you will be just fine.

I will be going to see the doctors myself to get a shot in my heel. it's hurting and burning, it's time to do it.

    take care mal

  5. Its a funny thing...the job gets bigger and harder the longer you think about it...then over in 10 mins...Mine takes about 2 hours with a tractor slasher ($200) rarely or four hours on the old 1985 rideon and that does one quarter...lucky that just a tad or rain means its too wet to mow...joys of living on cheap flood plain land

not complaining...I wouldn't go back to town for quids.

  6. Just wanted to say hi, haven't been able to get on anyone's blog lately, on and off, so frustrating.

Does the cold weather make the foot worse?
