All Aussie kids pigged-out on these at every party they ever went to. Well... I know I sure did!
The cause of more after-kids-party vomiting than anything else known to mankind! hahahahaaaa.
But always wickedly delicious. But seriously. Try them. You won't regret it, I assure you.
Chocolate Crackles Recipe:
250g copha
4 cups Rice Bubbles
1 1/2 cups of icing sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup desiccated coconut
Paper cupcake cases
Sift together the icing sugar and cocoa, add the coconut.
Melt copha in a saucepan and when just melted add the dry ingredients and mix together.
Spoon into cupcake cases and refrigerate.
Makes about 24
Peas be with ewe
These look really good - and you know what else - easy...which makes them four times as good.
ReplyDeletemmm...chocolate crackles...
ReplyDeleteThey do look good, and even I can handle that recipe. That says a lot. I think my girls will be very happy when I make them.
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoyed your chocolate crackles!
Yes, went to a party last night with the kids, they had umpteen of them each I reckon..all because they never get any to eat at any other time. Wouldn't be a party without them!
ReplyDeleteOh! i haven't made Chocolate Crackkles in ages! i just saw the pic, and it made my mouth water! I'm eating too much sugar a bit lately... don't need to overdose on it chomping down those treats! hahahaha.
ReplyDeleteBut try them, definitely!

ReplyDeleteI love chocolate crackles - or should say I loved them - unusually for me I seem to have gone off things which taste sweet in my 50's - sigh!
