The old free forum I had been using as a place to post the latest 'news' etc has been utterly useless, as far as availability and reliability [lately it's rarely been online! D'oh!]. So this new way of doing it, whilst still an 'experiment', should be a whole lot easier - thankfully :)
It's like having a 'live' and active web presence for "the Pram", as well as the more static (and information-packed) main website, if that makes sense? Oh... blah blah blah! heh heh.

ReplyDeleteLuckily I have been able to save all the text info that was on the old original 'forum' pages... I somehow managed to get onto the old music forum for the first time in about a week and just copy-paste all that stuff onto a WP doc.
ReplyDeleteNow, exactly what I'm going to do with all that delicious music and band information, I just don't know yet!
I hope it works well for you - I am not big on facebook (for me) but understand why it would be good for what you are doing.
